My given name is Anna and my chosen name is Paradox: Anna Paradox. I enjoy writing, science fiction, and poker. I have surfed many changes in my life, and bring that conscious experience to your service. I have studied with Martha Beck and Tommy Angelo.
I define Paradox as “something that contradicts itself and is yet true”. Many times, when our lives become stuck, we are trying to fulfill two opposing demands at once. That is the contradictory part. The way out is to step back, bring awareness to both sides of the conflict, and reconcile the problem from a higher level. That is the yet true part.
